Guarantees, Returns and Refunds

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 dictates that all products sold must be:

  • Satisfactory in quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

This is in line with general product safety regulations 2005.

 

Customers have a legal right to return goods that don’t meet any of the above standards and get a full refund. Customers have 30 days from the date they take ownership of the product to return it and claim a refund. After 30 days, customers are not immediately entitled to a full refund if the item develops a fault.

 

Our store policy however is to guarantee the safety and functionality of our products for 6 months, so, if possible, we will repair any faults that develop as a result of normal use free of charge. If it is not possible to repair the fault the customer will be offered a full refund or exchange.

 

We may ask for proof that the item was bought from us. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement.

Repairs

We offer a 6 month guarantee on repairs.

 

If any repairs that we make fail to fix an issue with a customer’s pram (or fail to improve the functionality of the pram where it has been agreed that it is not possible to fix the issue entirely) we will attempt to repair the pram again free of charge and if we are still unable to fix the issue, we will offer a full refund.

 

Similarly, if new issues arise as a direct result of work we have done within 6 months of a repair, we will attempt to fix these new issues free of charge and if unable we will offer a full refund.

 

We may ask for proof that the item was repaired by us. This could be a sales receipt, email exchange, or other evidence such as a bank statement.
